To me OCMD seems very busy. I want to go to the beach to relax. Being at the Perrone house is so calm peaceful and quiet. You only had to be around the main attractions and crowds if you wanted to be. Just sitting on the dock by the water, was very enjoyable. It's obvious the owners care about the property and its cleanliness.
This home is heaven by the water. The pool is easily accessible, and the neighborhood is quiet. It's great place to see the air show in June, and the sunsets are unbelievable!
